How to wash your Pearliss silk pillowcase?

Prefer washing at 30°C, inside out, delicate program and if possible in a small protective bag. The pillowcases dry very quickly and they will be reusable in less than a day!

How long does it take to receive an order?

Your order is shipped in 1 to 2 days. Our average delivery times are 2 to 4 working days in France.

Where do we deliver and what are the delivery costs?

We deliver all over the world. Pickup point delivery is free. Delivery costs for other delivery methods are calculated at the time of payment of your order.

What happens if I am not at home on the day of delivery?

Don't worry, our items will be left in your PO Box if they are small enough. Otherwise, your package will be left at your post office where you can collect it

I made a mistake, what should I do?

Don't worry, if your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us immediately at hello@pearliss.com and we'll be happy to update your information. Otherwise and in accordance with our general conditions of sale, once an order has been sent from our warehouse, no more changes can be made.

What happens if I am not satisfied with my product?

If you are not satisfied with our product, we will refund you with our "Feel Good" guarantee! If for any reason the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt and we will refund you the full price of the item as soon as it arrives in our warehouse. However, all returned products must be in perfect condition and the return costs must be paid by you. Proof of postage should then be emailed to us as proof of delivery.
